Tory Farina - Lead Pastor: Tory was born into a large Italian family and was raised on the shores of Lake Michigan in Racine, Wisconsin. He attended North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated with a B.A. degree in Pastoral Studies. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Tory and his wife Elizabeth developed their relationship while studying together at NCU. Tory has an extensive background with nonprofit organizations and in the secular work place. In both environments his strong suit is communicating with people through his relaxed and encouraging temperament. Tory is a prolific reader of challenging books on personal development and leadership, and loves anything involving coffee.

Elizabeth Farina - Pastor of Ministry Development: Elizabeth is a So. St. Paul, Minnesota native. While in Junior High she moved with her missionary family to Santiago, Chile where she became fluent in Spanish. She holds a B.A. in Urban Ministries from North Central University and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Elizabeth loves to come up with new ways to help people discover their God given gifts. She is creative and enjoys project administration. She has the flare of a gourmet cook with the gift of hospitality.

Courtney Feia - Pastor of Creative Arts: Courtney grew up in a pastor’s home in a small town on the Iron Range of Northern Minnesota. After graduating from North Central University with a B.S. degree in Church Music, she married her husband Kendall who is studying to be a doctor. Courtney is licensed with the Assemblies of God and is passionate about empowering people to use their creative talent to serve the Lord through the local church. She loves vintage inspired fashion, and takes advantage of every opportunity to visit the ocean.

Mike Cross – Connections Pastor: Mike grew up in San Jose, California, then spent his High School years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended North Central University, where he graduated with a B.A. Degree in Youth Pastoral Studies and met his wife, Amy. Mike works full-time as a Mortgage Underwriter and Trainer for Countrywide Home Loans, and is also a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. Amy graduated from North Central University with a B.A. Degree in English Literature, and works as an Event Manager for Marriott, Inc. Mike is passionate about helping people get connected and investing in the lives of teenagers. He and Amy love to entertain friends and meet new people. In his free time, he is an avid bass fisherman, and enjoys camping and downhill skiing. He also loves to spend time with his son, Britton.
