High Point Kids
We strive to teach God’s truth in ways that impact a child’s choices and actions. Creativity and imagination are precious resources for penetrating their language and culture. Kids must be needed, valued, and connected. We want to see kids grow up to be life-long followers of Christ. It is our privilege to help them discover that their church experience is relevant to their daily lives. Kids have time, availability, and enthusiasm to accomplish great things for the kingdom of God. A kid’s day-to-day existence is not side tracked by many of the complications that distract their adult counterparts. By teaching them to develop a biblical worldview, we can ignite an awakening that will impact generations to come. For the same reason that Jesus gave his attention to kids, we believe kids grow best when nurtured by loving mentors and teachers. We Believe Kids are World Changers!
High Point Church offers care and programs for kids from birth through sixth grade.
Early Childhood (birth – 2)
Caring teachers help little ones enjoy a safe play area with age specific toys and activities.
Lil’K (ages 3 – 5)
Little ones will learn bible stories through a fun and interactive morning of songs, coloring, games and crafts.
Kids (k – 6th grade)
Kids will experience a fast-paced, fun-filled KidMo morning. Mr. Peterson will set the tone with worship songs and a teaching video of Bible stories that come alive and illustrations that teach kids the morals, ethics and truths of God. The lesson is followed up by games and small group time designed to help kids retain what they have learned.
